The New York Child Victims Act gives survivors of child sexual abuse in New York the opportunity to file a claim against the individual who hurt them and the institution that hid or covered up their crimes, no matter how long ago the abuse occurred. But this window is only open for a limited time.

If you are a victim of child sexual abuse in the State of New York, you still have time to pursue justice! If you are a survivor of sexual abuse, you still can bring a civil lawsuit no matter when the abuse occurred, even if it was decades ago.  It must be filed by August of 2021, so call us today so we can get started fighting on your behalf.

If you experienced sex discrimination or abuse in schools or another institution, they are required to respond and remedy the environment according to certain rules or risk losing their funding.  Call us today to learn if your school handled the aftermath of your experience properly.
